Blanket orders may be established for purchase of our smaller accessories. Please call with your requirements and we can set up a schedule to meet your needs.

CLAIMS AND DAMAGED GOODS

McCrone Microscopes & Accessories stands by their products and wants you, the customer, as happy as possible. If for any reason one of our products does not meet your expectations, or is damaged in shipment, we ask that a claim be made within 30 days of date of shipment to the customer. In addition, no returns may be made without prior authorization. The McCrone Microscopes & Accessories invoice number along with a return authorization number must be cited when presenting any claims. This invoice number is shown on packing slips and invoices. Please contact us for a return authorization number. Thank you for your cooperation!
