The T95-LinkSys has been designed from the ground up to be a completely new PC software system controller capable of not only sophisticated temperature profile programming but controlling motors in XY sample manipulation, driving jaws to apply tensile stress, managing precise pressure via motorized valves, shearing quartz plates in optical rheometry and sampling data 20times per second on numerous channels from a range of sensors from CO2 concentration, humidity, DSC counts, force to 0.001N and vacuum pressure.
The operating system is accessed through the Linksys 32X PC software with simple intuitive layout of controls and experiment setup menus.
A wider range of controls has been implemented for each line (ramp) of the temperature profile, including the control of external devices through the two programmable open-drain outputs. Two events per ramp can be used to trigger external measurement/control functions. Similarly a programmable input provides potential for the T95 to accept a trigger signal. Parameters such as vacuum level , tensile speed and force can be specified per individual ramp.
The new controller has even better connectivity, now adding USB to the RS232 comm port option. Plug the controller directly into your laptop.
There's even more power, heating rates and limits have been significantly increased in specific hotstages (may require heating element upgrade)
Add Digital Image Capture Software
Control the hotstage and save all data with digital image capture by upgrading to Linksys 32X-DV. Capture time lapse images to create scrollable galleries and data scrolled movies.
The T95-LinkPad can be used with older Linkam stages with only a stage lead modification. A new element is required to get the higher rates and limits.
The T95 has been designed to accept yet further data acquisition sensors and accept new power supplies to be compatible with a number of projects currently being worked on in Linkam's state of the art new R&D facility.
