Optimized For Optical Inspection of Fine Detail

The system’s standard 30:1 zoom optics produces ~2.1 – 61.4x magnification on a 28” monitor. With extra diopter macro lenses attached, you can attain up to 719x magnification, equal to 0.84 (H) x 0.48 (V) mm field of view and 512 lp/mm resolution power.

Precise Camera and Lens Control

On-board controls of U30s provides direct access to camera and lens attributes, such as optical zoom, aperture size, focus and color balance. SDK is supplied for integration and control of the the digital microscopes in third-party systems.

Remote Control Consoles

A wide range of remote controls are available for further adjustments of camera and lens attributes, including zoom, brightness, lens aperture size (iris), manual focus, white balance, and various filters. Features such as the zoom factor display, and cross-hair overlay on live image, can be turned on. In addition, 2–7 memory settings and quick recall is provided with remote controls.

Configurable with Benchtop XY-Travel Stand

The Inspectis U30s digital microscope can be assembled on the long-range XY stands with an all-direction tile unit for touch-free inspection of large PCBs or other objects. X- and Y-travel lengths of the stand can be defined according to your specification.

Configurable for In-Line Inspection

With its excellent durable single cable design, the U30s is the best choice for in-line optical inspection and quality control tasks. Together with Inspectis industrial grade XY-travel stands, the optical system can be easily adapted to existing SMT production lines over a conveyor belt.
