Pendar M1 is ideal for detecting trace chemicals on surfaces at clandestine labs and sensitive sites, or for contamination detection, illicit drug investigations, and post-blast or arson analysis.
Link Chemical and Biometric Evidence
This instrument uniquely associates fingerprint-based biometric data with chemical evidence. Machine vision precisely locates and identifies particles embedded within fingerprints. In less than one minute, identify explosives, illicit drugs, chemical precursors, skin, or hair residues. Non-destructive Raman analysis preserves samples for subsequent DNA analysis.
Drug Composition
Rapidly analyze tablets, powders, and dispersed substances with greater sensitivity than handheld Raman or FTIR systems. Spatial separation and advanced algorithms facilitate the detailed analysis of complex mixtures, supporting drug attribution efforts.
Explosive Trace Detection
Analyze swabs for explosive residues, effectively detecting chlorates, nitrates, and common homemade explosive (HME) precursors. A specialized contrast algorithm can highlight particles trapped within swab fibers.
