A customer service oriented office professional is needed to work as part of the McCrone Associates team in our general office. The general office staff is responsible for assisting project leaders with client relationship management (CRM), helping to identify needs, monitoring and summarizing the progress of client projects, and assisting with report generation for client projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of administrative assistant or project coordinator experience. All candidates must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills, organizational skills, and acute attention to details. Strong keyboarding and computer skills are a necessity, including experience with the MS Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of databases for data entry.
