A customer service oriented office professional is needed to work as part of the team in a modern analytical and research laboratory. This critical team member will be responsible for assisting project leaders with the management of the client experience. Project documentation, reporting and record keeping to meet quality, regulatory and client requirements, as well as preparing and disseminating technical client reports via established methods and procedures are the primary responsibilities for this role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of administrative assistant or project coordinator experience. All candidates must have exceptional verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to edit and review technical reports, organizational skills, and acute attention to details. Strong keyboarding and computer skills are a necessity, including experience with the MS Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and use of databases for data entry.
