Jennifer A. True joined McCrone Associates, Inc. as Director of Quality Assurance in March 2026. Jennifer is responsible for ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of McCrone Associates services in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025, applicable U.S. cGxP requirements, and client expectations. She leads the Quality Assurance and General Office teams, collaborates cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement, and provides strategic oversight for the validation of client software systems, including LIMS and EDMS.

Prior to joining McCrone Associates, Jennifer spent 29 years in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, including 24 years in Quality Assurance and 5 years in laboratory operations. She has extensive experience supporting commercial pharmaceutical products throughout the product lifecycle, including technology transfer, product launch, manufacturing, testing, and post-market quality operations.

With more than 13 years of leadership experience, Jennifer has built and led Quality organizations supporting virtual and contract manufacturing business models. Her expertise includes Quality Leadership, Quality Management Systems (QMS), FDA cGMP & GLP Compliance, Computer System Validation (CSV) & Computer Software Assurance (CSA), Product Lifecycle Quality, CAPA, Investigations & Risk Management, Validation & Qualification, Audits & Supplier Quality, Continuous Improvement and Cross-Functional Leadership.
