Laura A. Kubalewski joined The McCrone Group as director of human resources (HR) in 2021. In this role, she oversees all facets of HR, including policy development, talent acquisition, employee benefits, employee relations, compliance, and organizational support initiatives. Laura brings more than 30 years of progressive HR experience spanning a wide range of industries and organizational environments. During the first half of her career, she partnered with medium to large organizations, building extensive expertise in strategic HR operations and workforce management. Over the past 15 years, she has specialized in supporting startups and small businesses, often serving as a stand-alone HR leader and trusted consultant, helping organizations establish strong HR foundations and scalable people practices.

In 2020, Laura earned her SHRM-CP accreditation through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), a credential that is recertified every four years and reflects her commitment to continued professional excellence and industry best practices. Known for her collaborative and people-focused approach, Laura plays an integral role in supporting both management and staff, fostering a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
