30+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Tom Schaefer taught biology, AP biology, environmental science, and life science for 33 years in Waukesha, WI public schools. He has degrees in biology, computer science, and draft technology with additional credits in writing and curriculum development. In 2000, Tom was invited to take part in a national program to introduce digital microscopy into the secondary and post-secondary science classroom. Tom earned a reputation as an expert and is recognized as such nationwide. Tom continues to teach courses in microscopy on behalf of Hooke College of Applied Sciences .
